At least this issue is being brought up in the Election Cycle, though it seems more for brownie points than anything meaningful. I am not sure if there is an easy solution and guessing not, but there has to be a better way of streamlining things, moving things at a faster pace and most of all changing the climate within the system I hear so many people complain about. Congress holds the purse strings and our elected leaders should be held to account. Please correct me if I am wrong.
