Lt Col Charlie Brown It's going to get to the point where the only way a family can get a house is if they inherit it. My daughter wants to buy a home and get out of the rental market but the prices here are out of reach for her income and she makes about $40,000.00 a year.

You have to get creative or buy something that needs rehab and work on it yourself. I couldn't afford to buy the house we live in now if we had to purchase it today

Good news for homeowners. If you sell price the field it's a big difference and some potential law suits. The apartments look better but not much cover for bills.

Even rental rates for those on low income and seniors are getting out of hand. We're coming up on a renewal for our rental contract this year and if the owner goes with the local average we'll have to put down the cat ($55 a month fee) and cut waaaaay back on groceries to make it. Not looking forward to this May.

Same all over Bill and unfortunately there are not many alternative solutions. If we could only go back 3 years in time how different things were. For those who voted us into this disastrous situation, I only hope they can see the hurt they put on the American people and start having a change of heart in any upcoming elections.

SPC Michael Duricko, Ph.D - We can only hope. But it'll take time for rates to come down in the mean time.

SPC Michael Duricko, Ph.D - Trump had the economy running on all 8 cylinders. That moron, Biden and all his woke liberal minions have everything all fucked up. Biden is shitfinger. Everything that he touches turns to shit.

Please keep your kitty or find him/her a home. Just lost my sweet Mr. Milo…the house feels so empty.

I'm saying that this applies in all cases but some of these people finding it hard to purchase a home have no problem purchasing a new expensive car or 2 and top of the line, expensive cell phones. I see this all the time, and not just with veterans. Sometimes a person just has to reorganise his or her priorities
