Veterans can now file class-action lawsuits against VA

Who pays for the settlements? Does Anyone believe the individuals creating the reason for the lawsuits will be held accountable? This article reflects how the amount from CA suits are distributed. If the VA loses and pays, doesn’t that take away millions from vets benefits. Be careful what you wish for. My preference would be to apply political pressure to remove the incompetents. But, according to an earlier post, a federal judge overturned much of the EO that expedited removal of bad actors in Civil Service.

I am now trying to contact this legal service ant Yale, to discuss the possibility of a much larger class suit, that will affect DV's from the Clinton draw down period.
