My husband was a combat Marine in the Vietnam War in 1963 - 64 he had Hepatitis C we did not know that until later. In 2014 he developed liver cancer. He had surgery and the tumor was removed we fought the VA for disability for Diabetes and Hep C. the VA refused the Hep C. The military injected him with vaccinations with air guns. He said the gun had blood on it and they would go to the nest person. After Bills surgery The VA was supposed to do Ultra sounds on my husband every 6 months to make sure the cancer didn't return. They failed to do that now my husband is terminal. I met with the VA risk Management Feb 14 2020 she said the VA is at fault they did not follow through they told me I could fill out a form 1151 and or a Tort form. They told me it would be better if I could get the VA to put in Hep C as part of his disability? The VA paid for my husband to go to OHSU to have radioactive beads put in his liver to try to prolong his life. I don t get it they are taking responsibility of the cost of the cancer because of the hep C. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks for listening,

In boot camp the recruit in front of me had his left bicep badly slashed by one because he froze up and then flinched.
