Answers need to be forthcoming - NOW. This is not Imperial Japan or Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia. There IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR TESTING BIOLOGICAL OR NERVE AGENTS OR ANYTHING ELSE ON SOLDIERS - NONE.
