A lot of people, especially men don't like to share their feelings especially when it comes to trauma or PTSD. For those of you who clam up and keep it inside, you may want to consider opening up and sharing your experience with others with similar experiences. You may find it helpful.

The worst thing in the world to do is bottle everything up, it's not pretty when the volcano decides to erupt. Experience in that department.

Thanks for sharing a poignant point Sgt Kelli Mays. The more transparent we become the better we are better able to minister to others in need - some of whom who don't even know they are in need.
