Vets And Service Members Can Attend These 12 Major Events For Free In December

It’s December, a time when holiday festivities collide with college football, professional hockey and a whole host of other fun activities. There are countless opportunities that you can take advantage of to get out in the community with friends and family before the end of the year.

Every week, in cities across the United States, thousands of tickets are available to veterans, service members, caregivers and family members of those killed in action, enabling them go to major sports games, concerts, and a whole host of other ticketed events. And all the tickets are free — except for a very small delivery fee — from the nonprofit Veteran Tickets Foundation, or Vet Tix.
