Sounds like good news and I certainly hope it is. Would like to know what the rate of "positive" determinations is, and, is that higher or lower wrt these recently cleared claims??

Been tracking that, along with my current disability claim that is going on 256 days now.
A claim that should have been delivered on discharge back on 1 FEB.
You can see where they are at any time here:

Apply for and manage the VA benefits and services you’ve earned as a Veteran, Servicemember, or family member—like health care, disability, education, and more.

SGM Jeff Mccloud For the total claim. I first applied in January 2021.
The VA, for some reason, had zero access to my paper medical records from the 80's and 90's, which I had thought had been digitized. The whole process felt piecemeal at best, a delaying tactic (to get me to drop it) at worst.

LTC Trent Klug - Okay, luckily i dodged the med record problem.
I learned in jr high at an AFB clinic to not to trust the military with my med records.
And even though the VA and they Army allegedly shared access to my records on MHS Genesis and AHLTA, I uploaded 578 pages of records, from my ACL tear at Quantico in 1992 to my retirement physical last June.
If the VA did have access to my complete medical record online, they weren't going to find any more pages than that, only duplicates.
I am now part of the way there, with a decision letter on four issues, while the VA waits for second medical opinions (which both Congress and VFW pointed out as an unnecessary delay and demanded that the VA stop), for the other 15 issues.

SGM Jeff Mccloud I had quite a few for my claim. Several I had records for, including my heat stroking out of Ranger School, but in the 80's they didn't give us copies or they wouldn't copy records for you.
