I'm gonna have to hoist the bullshit banner. Fraudulent claims of sleep apnea are so rampant that a, I didn't get a sleep study before I got out because of the stigma of being a suspected fraudster (I just got my results, I peg the needle at "your sleep apnea is so bad, it's a wonder you're alive"), and b, the VA is gutting compensation to stop the bleeding. I'll never be able to prove that I had it while in uniform, my only hope is making it secondary to a burn pit ailment.
