There are many other, better, attempts to make this a reality, most, and i would gather probably at least 75% of people do not carry cash on them. Why do you need cash you have your debit card?
And now you can load that into Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, etc.

Good morning, sir. This is an interesting question and after thinking about it I am going to attempt an answer.
While many Christians are seeing the idea of a vaccine passport as the mark of the beast, to come, I don't believe it is. This passport idea does have significance in that it is, perhaps, a step in the process of acculturation of people to be more willing to accept the mark of the beast when his time comes.
