Vice Chief Wants More Than Military Brats in the Army

I think we should adopt Finland's system, every male is required to serve 18-24 months in some sort of service (military, civil admin, government construction). Switzerland has it that every man has to serve 2 years in the reserves, and in both cases it's worked pretty good so far. And don't give me that only tough people can serve nonsence, nearly every single person I've seen or heard of that was disqualified from the military was due to somebody's personal agenda.


And the tirades begin.......
