MSgt Danny Hope forget about dismissal, she should be charged with involuntary manslaughter.

In Massachusetts, involuntary manslaughter occurs when someone unintentionally causes the death of another person, when the defendant was engaging in some type of reckless conduct or while committing a serious battery upon another person.

I agree, but the justice system has been perverted by politicians.

If that is true, would be nice if she lost her nursing license, got fired, was put in jail for neglecting the patient, but that would never fly - would if she was that patient’s parent though!

Sounds like she was replaced, ref "Waible was transferred to the cafeteria after Nutter died last year. The VA is seeking her permanent removal." The unfortunate problem... we can't get rid of the truly bad apples in a timely fashion.

If they assign her to the newly created “bodily fluid and fecal matter discharge clean up” Crew with a staff of one currently I’d bet she would depart that place of employment all on her own
