Yeah, I believe that they wanted a firearm manufacturer that also makes handguns, and Savage was not that company, but they did want the ammo companies. Bottom line of corporations is it is all about the return of investment. I am sure there is another group of investors that would like to have Savage. With the economy doing so well right now, that is a safe bet. We just need to monitor what happens.
