Thank you for the great share, laziness goes with out saying in all races, I know families of white people that look at welfare as a life time job. And we pay for their laziness.

Good post. Folks will gloss over key points made by her; 1) systemic racism against people of color, not just Black Americans, 2) just because we had 8 years of a Black president, you can't ignore the amount of overt racism seen by politicians, media, public figures, and political analysts, 3) "people of color only have themselves to blame for any inequalities they claim because the Civil Rights Act solved racism"...this is a false narrative, and 4) if justice system is so fair, then why such disparity in sentencing on racial lines whether it's sexual assault, drug offenses, manslaughter, wrongful death, etc?
Minorities should be able to discuss inequality when an incident calls for such discussion without playing victim. White America should be able to discuss it without being accused of "White guilt" or "Political Correctness". I would characterize the issue as Systemic Discrimination because the bias and inequality that needs to be addressed in our culture encompasses race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, and social class. You don't have to experience it in order to acknowledge it.

A smart young lady. I wish more people would learn the lesson she is trying to teach.
