I didn't see any facts on the rape allegation. What I know is the ATF wanted to search the building.

Referring to sleeping with teens since he thought he was a God: statutory rape.

LTC (Join to see) - Texas Child Protective Services performed a year and a half investigation, found no wrongdoing, and closed the investigation 10 months before ATF raided Mount Carmel. Further, ATF's jurisdiction is alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. They don't investigate child abuse. In fact, no federal law enforcement agencies investigated child abuse at that time. So ask yourself why ATF included false information about child abuse in their application for the warrant? Here's a link to a website that lays out all the problems with the warrant. I thought I knew about the event but after watching this and re-watching certain segments I was completely fooled. The AG needs to re-open this entire case and bring those to justice that attacked the compound. // If they really wanted the religious leader all they had to do is pick him up on his daily bike ride into the town of Waco.

LTC (Join to see) - it also hits a point for why we must be armed. The ATF got their asses handed to them. I tend to believe that's why Reno ordered the attack.

SGT Jim Arnold - This should be watched by everyone. I agree that this event makes a clear reason why we should be armed against any government that wishes to do harm. //I think the poor lack of obtaining intelligence, initial planning, poor attack execution, no medical evacuation plan, lack of logistical resources is the reason as well that the ATF and FBI had to save face. // I can see why government is afraid of an armed citizen.
