I normally try to avoid stepping into debates about religion and sexual orientation and this is not a post about religious beliefs at all but really about manners and cowardice in general. This in particular irritates me to no end what this family did to this waitress. I have seen this to many times over the last few years and each time I am more ashamed of how people treat other people in general. If you sit down to eat or do something else where some has to wait or serve you have the good manners tip them if they do a good job regardless of whether you disagree with their lifestyle. It's cowardly and disingenuous to sit there and have someone wait on you and then leave no tip because you are offended by them in some manner such as their particular lifestyle. If there is something that offends you about the server then have the courage to ask for a new server. Don't hid behind a hand written note with no tip. Not only is that cowardly, but it is classless and what I would consider to be morally wrong.
