This sounds like a great program for Veterans. The only piece I disagree with is, "These men and women are not trained for college... Once they've been through [academic boot camp], now they're a whole lot more confident, just like a soldier or a sailor is more confident coming out of boot camp," Ellington added." I wasn't trained for college when I attended Community College right after High School. Then I was out of school for ten years before I went back to school for a Masters and I eased right in to the environment.

I looked into this when I retired. I would love to teach but couldn't live on the salary.
