If dwarfs want to voluntarily participate in this what business is it of the government's? Why criminalize behavior that harms no one and is voluntary. If it is not voluntary then it is assault and battery laws that can deal with it. Busy body, big brother.

This was a common entertainment event outside Camp Hovey and occurred a few times in the Peace Club outside Camp Casey. I’d like to know what the throwee thinks about losing revenue??

The guy they talked to says he trains for these events. I'm sure he'll miss the money that drunk folks pay him.
