I don't think all Sailors are certified, I don't think Boot Camp counts as a Cert, Not on my training record, could be wrong.

Ah, I was thinking like a Merchant Marine -- all of us are. But every Navy Sailor on ships has extensive training ongoing during their time on board. Dunno if they actually get certified like us.

Ya, I thought about that, and new that's what you meant, sorry for the post, was just wondering didn't think that crap in Boot counted for any thing. I also didn't know every Merchant was Certified but now I understand why. Thank you Greg, and god bless you guy's, I respect you people that float out in the open blue, and risk never coming home.
