This means I was Salt and Pepper by 30 from eating Spicy Food!?!?! Since I love it I guess I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Which makes no sense to me...my dad loved and ate spicy foods and had very little white hair in his 60's and he was still salt and pepper at the age of 81, when he died. Of course, there are always exceptions.

Good for your Dad, but eating them at your leisure is far different than receiving injections that cause pain and you do not want.

Spicy food ranks up with coffee, not giving up either.

Actually all forms of torture being touted as innocuous to the lowly rat. I would not doubt my hair would turn white and more likely drop off my head with injections of the derivative capsaicin. We grow hot peppers and are very careful when harvesting & processing to not touch other body parts.
