I work there. Fortunately, I work at one of the best facilities in the nation, and the care we give our vets is the best possible. How do I know? Because I'm not just an employee, I'm also a patient... I transferred my primary care here shortly after I started working. And all our vets are typically happy with the service. Can we do better? Of course, there's always room for improvement. Wait times are still a major problem, and unfortunately will probably continue to be a problem just due to sheer volume. But, like anything in the government, even the best facility can be destroyed by inept bureaucrats. Hopefully, we never see one here. And none of us like knowing about one that we just can't get rid of, no matter where they're working.
