We Need to Talk About America's War in Somalia

Noam Chomsky and “Democracy Now” were required reading/listening in college. They both came from a very radical viewpoint on how others should behave, that was my takeaway after all these decades.
I spent a nice winter off the coast of Mogadishu, 80 degrees everyday, sunny and warm. I don’t know that I have pictures, we were in Hong Kong when “Blackhawk Down” happened, so we hightailed it to Africa and spent 6.5 months there. Not very newsworthy or interesting I’m afraid.
