If only good news sold! Love to read the stories that make you feel good. Sadly they are few and far between. Coming from a family of 3 generations of NYPD, my nephew entered the force this past April. His father & uncles teach him daily the don's and dont's and the rest of us pray. He told his girlfriend and I under his hat and uniform he looks like a priest because of all the religious medals we purchased for him. I worry more and more. Years ago we not only feared but respected the law now a days, the few bad actors have total disregard for the law and it's dividing our communities and country.

It's important to remember that most police are really good people, most Black Lives Matter protestors are really just trying to end racial profiling and excessive police violence, and most Muslims that live here, love this country. Exceptions make the news on a regular basis, I believe we need to spend a little more time talking about the vast majority.
