Web firms record 'every keystroke'

Websites have been doing this type of stuff for a while. Many webpages will record what you enter into a text forum (like personal information to create an account) without you even hitting submit.

Largely it's just used to harvest information for marketing but perhaps the most interesting case is with online chat support.

The agents that you're chatting with can often see what you're typing in real time before you hit send. They do this so that the agents can begin researching your question and que up an answer for you quickly. So be careful what you type into chat when you're mad at the agents.

DuckDuckGo uses Yandex. This concerns me.
