Thanks for letting us know Capt Walter Miller. I am not surprised that Jim Webb decided not to run. With Bloomberg and his vast resources poised to run as an independent the filed would be very challenging.

I'm sure Webb is a good person at heart, but I've never had faith that he would make a strong national leader. He's just too timid and he's definitely shown he can't persevere when times are tough.

From what I've witnessed, he needed military structure and discipline to be the leader he was, but it doesn't look like those traits followed him after he left military service.
