I was just on the phone with their business sales staff earlier this week. Ransomware continues to be one of the biggest challenges, because it is constantly being modified/improved. Many people who pay the ransom don't understand that if they don't wipe their computer and reinstall everything (assuming they haven't made a back up), then the malware is still present on their machine. If a hacker has escalated their privileges to allow them to encrypt files, then they can do whatever they want with the machine because they own it and all of the information on the machine.
