Attitude Reflects Leadership

LTC (Join to see), I would say, "Ne'er a truer word was spoke." Attitude does reflect leadership - especially in that video clip - and probably in the military as well. The player isn't willing to work for the team because the team isn't willing to work for the player. That's a truism, I'd say, and it most likely applies to the military as well. In the military substitute "give 100%" for "work for" and you have it.
