What are your thoughts concerning this new pay system proposal?
My thoughts are that the current system promotes fairness across the board, and keeps people more or less honest without the additional temptation of extra money on the table.

My concern is ensuring the performance bonuses are fair and impartial based on performance and not given to a leader's 'favorites'.

So we are considering bribery for the CC's favorites? Thankfully that is just one of many recommendations and hopefully will be trimmed out.
