What is the VA Disability Rating for Ringing in Ears?

Couldn't say as I couldn't hear them over the ringing in my ears.

Tinnitus is only going to get you 10%. Don’t waste your time trying to get an increase

Nothing if you don’t have hearing loss with it. And that loss is based on some arbitrary “normal” NOT your personal baseline. So my tinnitus along with a 15-20% decrease from my accession hearing test gets 0% because it does not meet the numerical threshold for hearing loss (no matter how much my wife disagrees)
