This is pretty subjective. If you are a known standout in your field people can find you even if you don’t participate in social media. Rally Point is the most social media I do because I appreciate my privacy. That doesn’t keep head hunters in my industry from finding me. If I wanted to change companies I could be at another one next week. It is called having good real life industry contacts. I keep getting linkedin invites from some friends but have so far resisted. I couldn’t take anymore recruiting cold calls than i get now without going insane.

I wish this link worked. Oh well, I'll keep what I have.

Now I ask, Georgeann Carter, Molly Morrone, and Danielle Gray, what do yall look for on RallyPoint profiles? I wanted to tag Chanda Wade and Genevieve Walters, too, but couldn't.

Great question: I feel that being clear and concise in your work history descriptions is a "first" see for me when sourcing candidates. Also, I feel that unexplained employment gaps is a pretty big black spot for me.

Georgeann Carter - Thanks for tagging others and sharing your thoughts. Continuing with your thoughts, what do you think about the current RallyPoint profile layout?
