1SG (Join to see) thanks for posting and let me say I do miss the Great Place, it was my last duty station and where I retired out the Army in 2014. I find this appalling for the Chinese government. The new Strategic Support Force (SSF), on the other hand, has gotten scant attention in the foreign press, and is arguably the most interesting development in this round of reforms.
In his speech at the founding ceremony, Xi said that “the Strategic Support Force is a new-type combat force to maintain national security and an important growth point of the PLA’s combat capabilities.
China is in to technology big time, we (National Security Agency) have to keep an eye on them for possible hacks against the DOD.
