Good share. I just read an article about the Montana housing market. It is booming with buyers moving in from WA,OR, and CA. Many buying without checking out the property in person.

My daughter and son-in-law just sold their town house in a Baltimore MD suburb. It was on the market for less than a week and had multiple offers for full listing price. The market in that area is normally strong but the virus does not seem to have impacted it at that price point.
