IMO this shows a problem with lawyers and the judges that allow this kind of BS.

It's total crap. Burglars have gotten hurt breaking into peoples homes and sued the home owners and always seem to win. We have a problem in the legal system when judges even HEAR the cases much less find in favor of the bad guys. Hopefully this woman is exonerated and is considered the hero in this case.
