Navy Cross or MOH?
Is their courage any less with one vs the other?
I am glad that the Secretary of the Navy is looking at these cases and referring them for a potential upgrade.
It does make one wonder, though. How do they determine what the original award recommendation is? It seems to me that if you read a Silver Star, Service Cross, or MOH citation that the only difference is the flowery language involved.
Undoubtedly, these men put in outstanding effort in extreme circumstances.
