I would be willing to bet that most Trump supporters would support any efforts to shrink the federal government and starve out some of the governmental agencies.
Truthfully, I think most would consider that a part of "draining the swamp." I'm not sure why people are so shocked that the President is actively doing many of the things he said he would do if he won.
"Elections have consequences," as one former President so eloquently stated.
