OMG. A President promising something to someone who he is authorized to talk to by law because he is the top diplomat. Geee. Let me guess, "My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who heard a promise by the President on something while talking on the telephone last night. I guess it's pretty serious."
