LTC Kevin B. Obviously you're trolling, but I'll play another round anyway. There is long established precedent for presidents taking documents with them when they leave office. In some cases there was mild controversy and negotiations over them. Trump was in negotiations over his documents. His documents were maintained in a location with Secret Service security and in a locked location for the duration of litigation, meeting the suggestions of NARA. Biden apparently took documents both as Senator and as VP . There is no precedence for his actions. He apparently distributed and kept the documents among several residences prior to becoming president. His chain of custody and security was questionable at best. Trump is the most investigated president ever. Probably the most investigated citizen ever.
No substantive allegation against him has ever been sustained. Attached is a nice article discussing the various statute bases potentially contemplated to build a criminal case against. Admittedly, it wasn't plucked from a breathless submission in Business Insider or HuffPost, so lend it what credence you will.

CWO4 Terrence Clark - I'm not trolling, but thanks for the accusation. I'm simply pointing out that they did the same thing, and one can't sanitize their preferred politician's actions while demonizing the other politician's actions. There is no "long established precedent for presidents taking documents with them when they leave office." Presidents turn over their records when they leave office; that is the long established precedent. Trump took classified documents and other highly sensitive national security documents, he refused to give them back when asked, he didn't give them all back when issued a subpoena (which would have been necessary if he had cooperated), and his house was finally raided to get the documents he still kept (which also would have been necessary if he had cooperated). Trump and Biden were both wrong, and no amount of spin will change that.
