I have actually used the White House Complaint Hotline. I could not reach a certain office, I kept getting the secretary who kept telling me that the gentleman I was trying to reach was busy and that I would have to leave a message. Well I put up with that for about two weeks and then I called the hotline. Within an hour the gentleman that I had been trying to get ahold of called me and scheduled an appointment.

This VA complaint line is a farce. All employees answering the phone are VA employees and the complaints are sent directly to the VA facility you complain about. There is nothing independent about this, there is nothing involving the White House and, in fact the call center is located miles from the White House. In my case the telephone agent was so bad at memorializing my compliant that what the VA received was totally different than what my issues were. This is pathetic.

I voted for Trump, but I have to say that he is selling veterans short with a lot of lip service big talk and little action. He can bet that I wont sucker for the BS again.
