He has no control over whether they can question Browder. He gave up his American citizenship and became a British citizen, and I know now he's glad he did.

You are right, But how interesting is a idea that no US president Could implement? Not much consideration is required when the US Constitutional would allow Browder to tell the so called investigators to "F-off'.

Why consider something that can never lawfully happen, unless you care considering ignoring the law?
