What a bunch of BS. He can not be blackmailed if he tells his boss...who is POTUS. YOU can not be blackmailed if you do not care, or you tell everyone about the situation. You take away the power. I do worry that this is the beginning of the destruction of the current POTUS administration. I wonder who will be the next National Security Advisor? Flynn would have greatly improved the Intelligence Community to get better intell.

Remember much of the intell agencies are SCARED of Flynn and the lazy and non-deploying ones in DIA hate him. He wanted all CIVILIANS to deploy to understand and give direct support to the troops that DIA supports. Seems many thought the civ community were forgetting the customer. I think he was brilliant.

The left was unfoundedly screaming "Logan Act!!" in 2015 as well, when Sen. Tom Cotton and the other Republicans in the Senate wrote a letter to the leadership in Iran. That was Donna Brazile (where have I heard that name recently,,,,,oh well) Not once has anyone been charged, nor convicted by the Logan Act. From what I have researched so far, old opinions from legal scholars agree that the Act isn't even a thing. The namesake, Dr. Benjamin Logan, suffered nothing from having the act named after him due to his entering into negotiations with France...he later became a Senator of PA.
