SFC Michael Hasbun - I said nothing about his being black, SSG, nor did I say he was greasy. Degrease was just a way of making a joke of his middle name, since the word sounds similar. I've never heard of greasiness being ascribed to African American people on a racist context, so I guess I'm so far from being a racist that I didn't even know about the history which you say the phrase has. Of coirse, I didn't say any of the words in the phrase, you did. Your opinion about my choice of "phraseology" is noted,and I will restate just how much I don't appreciate the accusation of racism. I would very much like to not receive such a comment from you again.

SFC Michael Hasbun - SSG, it would have been poorly chosen indeed, if that phrase had appeared anywhere in my post. In fact, not one of the three words was in my post, in spite of the quotation marks you used to enclose them.

SFC Michael Hasbun I would beg, borrow, steal, shank some folks to on his staff. If nothing else, education, infrastructure, and renewable energy R&D would be incredible!

Anyone else who accuses me of being a racist (which I'm not), had better have something to back it up. Otherwise, if the person is a SM, there will definitely be chain of command involvement. I'm a uniformed representative of the U.S. government, and a professional Soldier. People can disagree with my opinions, likes/dislikes etc. all they want, but no such accusation better happen again.
