The article fails to support it's claims. The best it can come up with is 'usually' and 'probably': "...in general, people who show up to protests are usually not paid actors. People engaged in militant, far-left activism may travel from city to city, and they may be loosely connected with other activists in a semi-organized fashion, but they probably aren't sitting on some secret pile of money." To stop the criminal violence, is it not worth asking a question regarding how these murderous thugs are paying for their airfare as they export crime and terror to more cities? What is the alternative to seeking an end to the violence? Status quo...liberal dem appeasement of the felons?

Is there any evidence to support the claim for paid actors? I keep hearing Koch family, Soros, etc. I have yet to see any evidence for it.

Col Joseph Lenertz
1SG (Join to see) - I have not seen evidence beyond circumstantial. For example, according to Kenosha WI police department, 102 of 175 arrested last night were from addresses outside the city. This doesn't mean much, as I'd bet most of those drove less than 2 hours to get there. I do not claim Soros or Koch...only that slowing or stopping the violence is worth asking the question and investigating. No level of proof is required to investigate.

Col Joseph Lenertz - All I wonder is if "the juice is worth the squeeze". Slowing or stopping the violence should be top priority I agree.

Col Joseph Lenertz - I think most of the issues Kenosha is experiencing originate in Chicago and Milwaukee.
Out west and in DC, though...

So let me get this straight.
The author would have us believe that even asking the question about who may be financing lodging and travel for "protesters" should not happen, and the basis for this is civil liberty.
WHAT THE FUCK?!
We literally spent three years looking into the Trump campaign for shadowy Russian puppetmasters, all through scurillously obtained FISA warrants.
Now, they advocate that we don't even ask the question?
LOL
Has anyone besides me noticed that these militant protests turn up every election cycle, just with a different excuse for their behavior? That is an awfully strange coincidence.
I agree with the author that most of the looting and arson is opportunistic in nature. But I also don't think that the same people can protest for months on end and live in a camp without material support.
I think asking that question is a very worthy endeavor. Follow the money. It always tells the story.

Groups many not be getting funded from someone but individuals probably could be from organizations outside of the us. An no won't say soros but it could be the Taliban ISIS, who knows these riots are acts of domestic terrorism.
