I wonder where it got the total of guns military has on hand. Lots in storage in depots.

I want to know they know how many guns are in private hands as well. I've never talked to a gun nut who has been surveyed nor have I. I wouldn't participate anyway, but it's got to be a swag. I have an alarming amount myself. I just got another gun safe a month ago. I mean I don't own any firearms Mr. ATF guys who might be reading this! Hahaha

TSgt David L. - Since neither Fedex nor UPS can find me, I send an 'alarming amount' of ammo to my 85 year old Dad's place. He loves the expression on the delivery guy's face as he's carrying in 2k rounds. Not that either of us have any firearms.

If so, then in light of the fact that the violent crime rate continues its downward trend -- in the opposite direction of the gun-grabbers predicted outcome, it proves how false the claim is that "More guns can only lead to more gun death/violence/crime".
