Whole Grilled Mackerel - Immaculate Bites

Caught a large Mackerel the other day. I needed a good recipe, and found this. Per GF it was some of the best fish she ever had. I substituted North African Harissa for her hot pepper sauce (West African), as I had a large bottle of it. Her hot pasted called for using Scotch Bonnets and I don't handle those so well.
