This is a great way to increase productivity and employee efficiency. Would you work 30 hours a week and get paid 75% of compensation? Some companies are actually decreasing work week to 32 hours at 100% compensation. Any ideas on work life balance?

I could see going to 4-10 hour days or something like that. It isn't like 40 is a lot. That would be a walk in the park. I do at least 60 hours when I am in the office, more when I am traveling. Part of this is to avoid providing benefits I think.
