MGySgt (Join to see) Agree! I changed my style from polo/khakis to button-up/slacks about 3 years ago. Two raises, a promotion/relocation, and was recently recruited by 4 companies with offers.
It just changed my mindset at work. I "felt" like my contributions were met with more acceptance, as well. But maybe that's partly self-fulfilling prophecy.
