Why Hasn’t Biden Named a Secretary of Defense Yet?

That has always been a sticky wicket for all Presidents and Pres elects...has to be someone that is defense minded, can handle complex budgets, and work with crotchety old generals and CSM's to ensure we are prepared to fight...tougher position when a Dem is in office as they traditionally see the military as a cash cow for other things.
