6000 new tech jobs hiring skilled labor. Sounds like a good deal for transitioning vets who have those skill sets.

Thanks for sharing Sgt Wayne Wood some great news for veterans who do not have a 4-year college degree but have a wealth of experience.

I agree - some things are better learned in the field - what should work doesn't always work as well the tech industry is rather open to the idea of sharing knowledge with others in the industry especially in regards to security. I'd trust a network security tech with 10 years of experience over a master's in IT with none.
