Why Is The Army Struggling To Recruit?

If you ask my 23yo PV2 Infantry 240L Gunner it's because they treat him like a kid regardless how he performs and they get smoked whether they succeed or fail. The new washers and dryer were nice but only half of them were hooked up. Quality of life is important even when you live in the barracks.
