This is working out well for me. We have been considering moving closer to medical facilities (we are getting older). We had a CMA done and shows our house well above what I ever expected to get out of it. I bought it new in 2016 for $200k. Last fall it was appraised at $347,000. This CMA came in at $390,000.
The Real Estate agent thinks it could go to at least $400,000 or more.
It does help that the Ellsworth AFB is going to be home to the B-21 Raider with a training unit as well as the first operational squadron. An increase of 3000-5000 personal and families. My house is a short 10 miles from the base main gate.
Guess it is time to sell. Cha-cing!
